Are you feeling weighed down by grief, guilt, sadness, etc. due to your impending or recent separation? Would you like to find a way forward towards resilience? Using narrative therapy techniques, I'll help you gain  perspective, strength, and support while re-framing your story of loss and difficulty.

Hello and welcome!

For the past 20 plus years, I have had the privilege of being invited into people's lives to help them work towards creating meaning and improving their quality of life.  

 

You and I will work in partnership to help you achieve the changes you would like to see in your life.  I draw from different approaches that may include Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, as well as the possibility of using creative modalities.

Areas of specialty include: divorce and separation, caregiver stress, life transitions, anxiety, and grief and loss.

I would value an opportunity to talk with you about how we can work together to help you find contentedness, peace, and joy in a life that can often be challenging.
